If you're looking to speed up deliveries Ceres offers dedicated towing services to meet your needs. We will assign the propper tug size to transport your cargo, whether that's moving one barge or multiple barges in dedicated tow. We use a wide variety of towboats and tugboats for inland and off-shore transportation, including boats with high eye level upper wheel houses providing better line of site and boats with camera systems that look out ahead to maintain visuals on other river traffic. We utilize boats ranging from 1200 hp to 6000 hp and will find the right fit taking into consideration the transport lane and current river conditions at the time of shipment.

In our dedicated service we move your cargo only with non-stop service from origin to destination. Real-time updates are provided with a detailed schedule and more precise transit times to help you plan for arrival and unloading. The tug will standby to assist holding the barge during direct discharge from or to a vessel and other loading/unloading methods for lift on lift off and or roll on roll off operations.
